Job Title: Senior Technical Writer with 5G Telecom Experience
Location: Plano, TX Local Only
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of work-related experience as a technical documentation professional producing end users and technical documentation on large-scale, complex software applications.
- Expertise in producing detailed technical documents using commercial documentation preparation software.
- Expertise with detailed documentation review and content understanding.
- Knowledge of the general concepts of network protocols is required.
- Knowledge of wireless telecommunications concepts a plus.
- Experience creating, defining, or providing content for AI chatbots for documentation or knowledge bases.
- Knowledge of AI RAG and Vector DB is preferred.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Experience with RoboHelp is preferre
