Role
Are you an ambitious coder with a passion for business strategy and innovation? As our Business Ops & Systems Intern, you will work directly with our CEO at our NY office and become a key driver in transforming our operations. In this high-impact role, you will partner with teams spanning operations, go-to-market, and engineering to create the systems and processes that power our next-generation consulting practice.
We are looking for candidates who can work out of our NYC office. We will provide a housing stipend for those who are not local to the area.

What You May Achieve
- Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies
- Define and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance business operations
- Develop and refine tools to automate workflows and improve decision-making
- Research and prototype AI, cybersecurity, and consulting innovations to support company transformation
- Analyze and improve processes across operations, go-to-market, and engineering teams
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages) with experience in building software tools or automating processes
- Critical thinking skills to drive efficiency in complex environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a passion for AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated interest in business operations, strategy, or consulting
- Bonus: Prior experience with AI, cybersecurity, or advanced consulting environments
