Shift: 5x8 (8am-430pm)

*Current license in the state of Arizona- Required
*BLS (American Heart Association) - Required
*Compact license will also be accepted, but must have AZ added before starting the travel assignment.

RTO Restrictions:Unit Manager’s Approval Required
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.

Outpatient, off site clinic offering PT, OT, and ST. Diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, chronic pain, balance/vertigo, pulmonary and general deconditioning.
