Job Summary
Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort with precise attention to detail. Room Attendants work diligently to clean all guest rooms on a daily basis within a specific deadline.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent cleaning service to all guests during the shift
- Promptly assist Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms for cleaning by removing used linen, towels, and trash and delivering clean product needed to complete the room
- Maintain good time management and always completing tasks with a sense of urgency
- Consistently ensure all linen and supply closets are stocked, organized, and clean
- Keep public spaces and hallways clean and clear of trash and linen
- Actively follow safety and security procedures
- Recognize and dispatch any maintenance items or safety hazards to the appropriate team member
- Assist guests with questions and requests when approached by being aware of events and activities available at the resort
