Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for building and overseeing daily operations, driving sales, driving sales appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, BDC experience, and a passion for delivering results.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proficiency in using software applications related to sales management and reporting
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Experience in lead managment
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
