Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing vital administrative support to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management – Maintain and update company databases with accuracy and consistency.
- Front Desk Support – Greet and assist clients in person, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Call Handling – Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- File & Document Management – Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records for easy retrieval.
- Report Generation – Compile and analyze data to create meaningful reports that support business decisions.
- Administrative Support – Manage email correspondence, schedule appointments, process invoices, and maintain office supplies.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping – Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Software & System Maintenance – Update and troubleshoot internal applications used for data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry and report creation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage a diverse workload efficiently.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports.
