What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Assist physicians and midwives during labor, cesarean sections, and other procedures.
- Educate and support mothers and families throughout their birthing experience.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, making critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN License (Alaska or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
- NRP & BLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered care
