Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OR staff, including scheduling and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Maintain clear communication with staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Participate in the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
- Understand, maintain, and develop the department's budget to ensure operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Skills and Certifications: Experience in perioperative, operating room, or surgical nursing supervision is required.
- Experience: 1 years of supervisory or management experience in an OR or similar setting.
- Education: Minimum of Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- Management Experience: Required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000.
- Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
