*Responsibilities*
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Develop and implement creative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and maintain inventory levels for beverages and bar equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing.
