Fitness FOH Sales Associate

Job Duties Include:

• Sales – membership sales, lead nurturing, communication with prospects and members, education for new potential clients, joey follow up

• Sales activities for lead generation

• Establish and maintain an effective referral program

• Present the Training Mate concept to interested consumers

• Participate in marketing and outreach events

• Lead studio tours with prospective members

• Lead client retention initiatives

• Maintain reception area to always ensure its clean and tidy

• Greet and check in members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio

• Work at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks

• Assist trainer in setting up the workout

• Capture weekly content for social media channels

• Execute the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities

• Participate in 1-2 scheduled workouts per week

• Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions

• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution

• On-board all clients through the established processes

• Attend and participate in all required training programs

• Sell memberships, packs, special promotions, and retail through in person, phone and email strategies

Job qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service skills - previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment

• Functional computer skills required

• MS programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use. Mariana Tek & BrandBot experience is advantageous

• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred

• High school diploma required

• Ability to work and function in the Training Mate environment

• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
