What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Technician position at Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc.?
Desktop/End-user support - Trouble-shoot wide range of connectivity issues, install OS and add-ons especially as related to anti-virus/anti-malware products and educate staff on proper use of software. Familiarity with computer hardware, BIOS settings; able to install drivers and upgrade products as necessary. Must be able to work within Help Desk ticketing system and prioritize tasks; quickly determine if request is outside of Help Desk role and seek appropriate network resource. HS Diploma required as well as some completed coursework in computer science at college level. Successful candidate should be working toward A , Networking or Security through Comptia or have Microsoft cert such as MCP or MCSA.
