- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily activities to enhance student engagement.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current in early childhood education practices.
Skills
- Strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly in preschool or private school environments.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment.
- Ability to educate young children using creative teaching methods tailored to their developmental needs.
