Drafter / Project Manager

Responsibilities
Create detailed technical drawings and designs for custom woodworking projects.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are accurate, feasible, and meet client specifications.
Manage multiple projects, including schedules, budgets, and client communication.
Interpret and review project specifications, blueprints, and client requests.
Coordinate with suppliers, production staff, and clients to ensure on-time project completion.
Troubleshoot design or production challenges and propose effective solutions. Qualifications
Experience in drafting and design for custom cabinetry or woodworking projects.
Proficiency with CAD software; experience with Cabinet Vision is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
Ability to read and create detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to step into other areas of the woodworking process as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with Cabinet Vision or similar design software.
Background in custom woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing.
