Intensive Home-Based Treatment Supervisor

You'll play a vital role in guiding and supporting your team while directly impacting the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities :
Oversee 6-8 direct reports while maintaining a small caseload of up to 3 clients.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance for Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBT), ensuring treatment plans align with best practices.
Lead intake and referral processes, and facilitate youth placements.
Review and approve Individual Service Plans (ISP) and track client progress.
Provide crisis counseling and therapeutic interventions for clients and therapists on your caseload.
Ensure compliance with program goals and standards of care.
Act as a liaison between families, staff, and external agencies while maintaining confidentiality.
Supervise staff in implementing and evaluating treatment plans, ensuring quality care. Qualifications :
LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure in good standing.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
4 years of experience working with children and families, ideally in trauma-informed settings.
2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong time management, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for home visits. Why You'll Love This Role :
