Child & Family Therapist – Community-Based | Cuyahoga County

Professional Development Opportunities What You’ll Do
Provide intensive, in-home therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families
Conduct weekly face-to-face sessions with individuals and families
Work in schools, homes, and community settings to meet clients where they are
Utilize a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to treatment planning
Collaborate with community resources, schools, and support systems to drive positive outcomes
Maintain clear and timely documentation to align with agency policies
Be available for on-call crisis response for your own cases (vacation / PTO coverage provided) What You’ll Bring
LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher licensure in good standing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
Experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings
Strong collaboration skills to engage with caregivers, schools, and community providers
Reliable transportation to travel within Cuyahoga County Compensation & Benefits
