Lead the design, analysis, and prototyping of new and existing products.
Execute mechanical trade studies and engineering calculations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
Support manufacturing, customer service, and technical publications.
Collaborate across departments to resolve complex engineering challenges. Must Haves
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (ABET accredited).
10 years of mechanical design experience in structures, power transmission, hydraulics, and systems integration.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and familiarity with PDM / PLM systems.
Experience with mobile equipment, automotive, or agricultural industries is a plus.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on mechanical expertise.
