Responsibilities
Process customer retail and lease titles and registrations accurately and efficiently.
Handle resale titles and manage follow-ups for out-of-state customers.
Create and distribute checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.
Maintain organized records by mailing, copying, and filing deal-related paperwork.
Update “Title Status” and add “Comments” in the DMS system.
Issue refund checks to customers and reconcile assigned accounts.
Provide additional administrative support as needed. Qualifications
Proven dealership titling experience is required.
Familiarity with title processing systems (DMS experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
