TRAKAmerica is a national outsourcing provider managing over $18 billion in assets for many of the largest banks and debt buying entities in the country. As we continue to expand our infrastructure, we currently have an immediate opening for a Business Analyst in our Bonita Springs, FL office to fill a role critical to our continued growth. This position is classified as exempt under the FLSA and will not earn over-time for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week.
Job Description :
The business analyst will be a key member of the Strategy & Analytics department. This person will be required to create automated workflow solutions as well as tools / reports to measure the performance of our attorney and agency network as well. The position requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL and Visual Basic. This is considered a junior / entry-level analyst position.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Daily Operations :
- Develop and maintain code used throughout the company for process / workflow automation
- Monitor daily schedule to ensure flawless / timely execution of all automated tasks
- Create reporting tools to help interpret and measure business performance
- Provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
