Candidate will be responsible to oversee all functions of a program launch with the Production Groups (APS, Injection Mold, Stamping, and Die Cast) as well as assisting with Packaging. This includes but is not limited to:
$1,000.00 Bonus paid at 90 days, $500.00 bonus paid at 6-months!

Candidate will be responsible to oversee all functions of a program launch with the Production Groups (APS, Injection Mold, Stamping, and Die Cast) as well as assisting with Packaging. This includes but is not limited to:
- Develop schedules to properly communicate trial timing
- Control information flow to all required departments
- Facilitating the flow of approved materials to be available for all trials
- Conduct meetings in reference to each phase of the program launch
- Candidate will plan, schedule and order components, and related materials through the entire program launch
- Coordinate ECI timing until SOP
- Ability to learn the manufacturing process and TPS Philosophy
- Maintain new product launch boards
- Strong ability to lead working teams
- Monitor and control TPR’s (Tooling Progress Reports)
- Computer skills, (Strong Excel skills), Word, Access, and BPCS
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to understand BOM’s and engineering drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Create and present presentations as needed for meetings
- Assist with PDS routing and tracking
- Assist with Daily Packaging Counts
- Assist with any other Packaging Support that may be needed
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university, or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- It is important to note that this position is very labor intensive and requires the following:
- 1. Walk entire factory once a day to count all returnable totes
- 2. Place order for back up packaging when shortages are noticed
- 3. Relabeling of totes
- 4. Taking care of broken totes daily
- 5. Sorting totes
