Job Title: Production Control & Accounting Specialist (Temp)

Location: Plymouth, MI

Department: Business Management

Salary: $25-30/hour

Employment: Part-time (20hours/week)

Work style: Hybrid

Responsibilities

Production Control

・Monitor and Process Stellantis Shipments (Daily/Weekly)

・Monitor Supplier ASNs

・Process Customs Invoice and Packing Lists for STL

・Submit documentation to STL Logistics for customs clearance.

・Monitor STL Portal for Tickets (Daily)

・Monitor of STL Portal for tickets and answering them in proper timing.

・Monitor STL DRIVe portal (Weekly)

・Monitor of DRIVe Portal for Violations for BNAM Suppliers/ensure violations are disputed.

Stellantis Service (Daily)

・Monitor for Service Tickets in STL System.

・Process Service Shipments for Japan / Customs Documentation/ as needed.

Mazda Service (Weekly)

・Review Service Orders and follow up for ETAs to Mazda Service.

Accounting

・AR invoice process for production (Daily)

・Invoice creation from ASN in Future 3

・Invoice import from Future 3 to Oracle

・Customer payments reconciliatoin - matching payments to invoices

・Maintain AR invoice tracking sheet

・AP invoice process for production (Daily)

・Processing AP invoices with blanket PO in Oracle after AR invoices are imported

・Manual invoice entry in Oracle as needed

・Maintain AP invoice tracking sheet

・Customer/Supplier setup in Oracle (as needed)

・Product part# setup in Oracle (as needed)

・Payment preparation (2 times/month)

・Monthly closing tasks (Monthly)

・PNC card usage sheet creation

・Payment data entry in Oracle

・Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 yrs office experience
• Must have Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle or Future 3 software is a plus
• Accounting software experience is a plus
• Shipping or Logistics experience a plus
• AR/AP Experience 2-3 yrs is a plus
• Must be able to take direction and work well in groups
• Must have initiative and ability to work on own if necessary
• Good attendance is mandatory
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary
• Must speak fluent English
• Japanese language a plus
