Provide support to over 30 property managers who ensure the exceptional upkeep of all properties. Repairs Manager liaises between residents, property managers, and vendors while communicating updates and timelines with residents. Manage resident repair requests through our call center, online portal, and email.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Creates purchase orders for necessary supplies.
- Prepare unit inspection forms for annual inspections.
- Handles ordering oil for the building boilers
- Certified buildings for HPD bed bug filings and oversees the monitoring of annual window guards.
- Ensures that maintenance metrics are achieved following business agreements.
