As a Controls Account Manager , you will join Trane's best-in-class Commercial HVAC team. In this role, you are primarily responsible for delivering on our business strategy by developing long term customer relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners with a focus on providing customers a total solution for the most energy efficient buildings. Where is the work :
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of the Littel Rock, AR location. Onsite can be in the office and / or at customer sites.

Compensation : Total Target Compensation : $69K to $160K
Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
