The Project Management Office (PMO) Director is responsible for end-to-end program / project management practices, facilitating business transformation and driving increased adoption and adherence to PDP / PPM for the Residential HVAC and Supply business. The scope of responsibilities includes demand, pipeline, project and financial management; to include deployment and adherence to Trane Technologies program management standards (PDP / PPM); effectively managing the project pipeline to optimize delivery; financial management activities to ensure we are responsibly and effectively managing budgets; resource management activities to ensure effective utilization and capacity management; and developing and maintaining the overall project execution goals of the company on behalf of the business Senior Leadership Team.
