The Role
The Global Leader for Talent Management, Career and Performance is responsible for developing, initiating and continuously improving business programs that drive retention, promotion, growth and succession of talent across the enterprise. This role is responsible for leveraging a global team who together keep our talent practices alive ensuring they’re delivering healthy succession and talent for growth. We are looking for a leader with a creative mindset who wakes up every day excited to build a robust talent strategy for growth. You will report directly to our VP, Talent and Organization Capability and will work out of our Davidson, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.
Principal Responsibilities
Talent Strategy Development:
Design and implement global talent management strategies and practices that support the company’s strategic goals
Design and implement global performance management strategies and practices that support the company’s strategic goals.
Design and implement career development frameworks and initiatives that support employee growth, engagement and retention.
Lead talent assessment activities to support ongoing people development and talent evaluation needs across the enterprise.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
Champion DEI initiatives and ensure they are integrated into all talent management practices.
The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of demonstrated enterprise organization development, change, transformation and/or talent management experience in a global, matrixed business paired with human resources.

Principal Responsibilities
Talent Strategy Development:
- Continuously improve talent and performance management practices to meet evolving business needs.
- Partner with HRVPs to create and own enterprise leadership talent pool
- Lead enterprise talent management strategies for critical talent pools.
- Partner with leaders and HR business partners to ensure robust succession strategies and pipelines.
- Act as internal talent liaison for critical talent pools.
- Lead the development and execution of performance management processes and systems.
- Ensure alignment of performance management practices with business objectives and company culture.
- Develop and promote career experiences and succession planning processes.
- Partner to create and lead development programs for key talent pools.
- Maintain and develop relationships with strategic assessment partners to deliver market-leading assessment practices and build and develop an internal network of skilled coaches to support this work.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of demonstrated enterprise organization development, change, transformation and/or talent management experience in a global, matrixed business paired with human resources.
- Degree or qualifications in related discipline
- Track record of increasing responsibility in talent management and / or organizational effectiveness successfully identifying strong leaders, successors and using data to drive the effectiveness of the organization.
- Proven experience in diagnosing organization capability requirements, outlining a strategy, and translating this into a practical execution plan.
- Commercial acumen with a natural curiosity to understand the business, building credibility.
- Ability to create order from ambiguity & willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve problems.
- Possesses a pragmatic approach to talent management and organization effectiveness; operates with a sense of urgency.
- High EQ and empathy with ability to balance people and business decisions.
- Demonstrated strong diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills with a demonstrated track record for translating data into guidance and plans.
- Is an excellent and creative collaborator with the ability to grasp issues quickly and work on the right things at the right time.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively driving change across the organization with established change management frameworks.
