Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent and Performance Management Consultant to support the business-facing client managers in Talent Management and Learning. In this role, you will :
- Support Talent Management client managers in delivering talent related processes, programs and initiatives by designing project plans, communications, tracking, sharing and recording progress, and ensuring smooth execution of timelines
- Collaborate and consult with HR business partners, TML leaders and clients to support completion of key deliverables
- Run and interpret Workday reports and perform data analysis to support decisions : manipulate data, do pivot tables, V-Look Ups data comparisons etc.
- Help document, assess, evolve and improve upon processes and tools to enable and measure talent outcomes
- Take notes as needed in business meetings; synthesize and scrub as needed
