- Support the HR team on employees’ activities and communications.
- Collaborate with document management by filing on physical and electronic files.
- Participate in all project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
