Trane Technologies is currently seeking a Field Project Manager.
This candidate would need to have HVAC experience and / or construction experience. HVAC knowledge and mechanical systems knowledge preferred. This person would have to understand how equipment is installed, typical issues that could arise on a job site and problem-solving skills to solve issues that arise. This person would need to be skilled in conflict resolution with the intent to protect the company's interest while maintaining relationships for future business.

Where is the work :
Hybrid within geography. Will be sent to job sites to work with contractors. We are open to hiring this candidate in San Antonio, Austin, Weslaco, or Corpus Christi.

Compensation : $80,000 - $120,000 plus incentive
