Main Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead preconstruction teams to execute business goals and objectives.

- Oversee preconstruction engineering activities, including budget management, design schedules, and resource allocation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent working experience.
- At least 15 years of construction experience, including extensive estimating and/or preconstruction experience.
- Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
