What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Corporate Attorney – Labor Law position at Trane?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Labor and Employment team at Trane Technologies. As a trusted legal advisor, you will provide guidance on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including hiring, employee relations, leaves, disability accommodation, and terminations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage pre-litigation claims, agency charges, and litigation.
- Collaborate with outside counsel to develop defense strategies and consider early resolution options.
- Identify legal requirements and risks, and advise on sensible responses.
To succeed in this role, you will have 5 years of labor & employment experience, including practice in a law firm. You must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Strong professionalism and skill in a team environment are essential.
