Pay Rate:
$20.60 - $30.90 / hour

Schedule
- Full time (40 hours / week)

- Day shift 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Summary
The Training and Development Coordinator works with the Training and Development Manager to manage the LMS and coordinate various training events.
Essential Functions
- Assists with initial LMS data transfer and technical training.
- Assists with Equipment Qualification updates and other LMS data entries.
- Enter training records and update participant profiles.
- Upload training certification and issue credits.
- Tracks required initial and refresher training schedules.
- Provides technical support and assistance to LMS users.
- Aids in the development of report automations and updating recipient list.
- Helps troubleshoot the learning management platform.
- Send follow-up emails and forms for TAU events & trainings.
- Orders and manages training supplies and equipment.
- Reserves, set up, and breakdown of training rooms.
- Ensures all technical requirements are met for training sessions.
- Creates Weekly Training Topics & Performing Research.
- Assists with event photography, editing, and uploading.
- Helps answer Training related emails / questions.
- Helps maintain company-wide training calendar.
- Maintains list of 3rd party training vendors for online/off-site trainings.
- Organizes and develops training flowcharts, checklists & handbooks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education/ Certifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
Experience/ Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of being reliable and dependable.
Other Information
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
