Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations & Administration Intern to join our team at TransAstra. This part-time, in-person role requires 10-20 hours per week and is ideally suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in various facets of business operations & administration. We are looking to fill this position immediately and are committed to accommodating your academic schedule and commitments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily office and administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Actively maintain and contribute to the refinement and enhancement of operational procedures
- Perform bookkeeping, record keeping, and basic financial analysis.
- Manage lab inventory, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for and organized.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases to track important data.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
