We are excited to expand our business and are looking for a dedicated Transaction Coordinator (TC) Assistant to support one of our team TCs. This apprenticeship role offers hands-on training designed to transition you into a lead TC position within a year. Bonus Qualifications:
- Currently working in California real estate (Assistant TC, team admin, agent assistant, compliance officer, etc.).
- Familiar with tools like DocuSign, Zipforms, Glide, Adobe, Excel, Cognito, Canva, Skyslope, and AFrame.
- Knowledgeable about CAR real estate forms.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing new listings and escrow intakes, including contract reviews and data entry.
- Tracking the status of requested documents and managing backend broker requirements.
- Reviewing commission instructions for accuracy and obtaining required signatures.
- Generating documents in Zipforms or Glide.
- Facilitating signatures as needed.
- Uploading documents to broker systems (Dotloop, Skyslope, DocuSign TR, Zipforms TMS).
- Ordering home warranties and NHD reports.
- Filing opening and closing escrow packages.
- Preparing property disclosures via Glide.
- Supporting agent retention and client care.
- Assisting with email management and document organization (merging/splitting PDFs).
- Conducting file audits and compliance reviews.
- Closing out files and researching/verifying information across multiple systems.
