Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support and solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align customer success strategies with business goals.
- Manage customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Monitor account metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Lead projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
