We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Client Service Administrator to support our team by managing and servicing client accounts in a professional and efficient manner. The Client Service Administrator will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations related to client accounts, including executing trades in mutual funds, stocks, and bonds, as well as managing account maintenance. - Execute trades in client investment accounts, including mutual funds, stocks, and fixed-income products, as advised by the advisor team
- Monitor client accounts for incoming cash, update cash flow and bond ladder reports to assist advisor(s) in account rebalancing
- Assist with maintaining client bond ladders as redemptions occur and new purchasing is needed
- Process client trade and money movement requests with direct held mutual fund accounts
- Open new client accounts, ensuring proper documentation is collected and maintained
- Perform routine account servicing tasks, including updating account information and processing transactions
- Respond to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving account-related issues promptly
- Assist with other office duties in the absence of other team members (money movement, paperwork preparation, etc.)
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Series 7 and 66 FINRA Licenses required
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly with trading and account management preferred
- Bachelors degree
- Proficiency in mutual funds, stocks, and bonds, as well as basic financial products
- Excellent knowledge of insurance and annuity products
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel), CRM workflow creation and use
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions accurately, and to work in a team environment
