As a Practice Manager, you will partner directly with our firms leaders to create and execute management strategies, coordinate and implement special projects, support our teams advisors and operations staff, and supervise daily office operations and business strategies alike. The ideal candidate will bring to the team a mixture of wealth management industry experience, project management savviness, executive presence, stellar written and verbal communication skills, and a track record of successful operational or administrative support to financial advisors.

- 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry in an operations management or high-level administrative support function
- Experience in supporting financial advisors directly, especially in the context of practice management or project management
- Bachelors degree
- FINRA Licenses or other relevant designations a plus
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak directly, clearly, and concisely both in-person and in emails is critical
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of holistic financial planning and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients about industry fundamentals
- Excellent technical and technological aptitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong experience in relevant technologies such as Microsoft Office suite, CRMs, calendar management, and other communication tools
