Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA will be moving to Englewood Cliffs in the near future

Years of experience: 2 - 3
Support the program manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth operation, and providing ad-hoc support as needed
Financial Experience preferred. A/P, A/R, Revenue management preferred
Job Description
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with multiple internal teams (finance, sales, operations, customer service) to streamline processes and address concerns.
- Data Management & Compliance: Handle sensitive financial and customer data while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics related to warranty sales and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and revenue growth.
- Report Generation & Insights: Provide regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with actionable insights on warranty sales performance, trends, and financial impact.
