Sr. Sales Representative 4 - 14096

Contract Duration : 12 months

Location : New York City

Schedule : Remote w / 80% travel required – MUST be local to NY or 5 burrows

Top 3 Skill Sets :

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a classroom and teaching certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • MUST be local to NY or 5 burrows.

Job Expectation :

  • Pre-sales support for all customer demonstrations and proof of concepts for display technology, software and services primarily focused on interactive flat panel displays.
  • Support events, shows, and customer / partner engagements.
  • Post-sales training / professional development delivery in the education vertical.
  • Provide professional development and on-going support to our client’s education customers and build long term relationships acquiring future hardware, software and services sales.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual demonstrations in front of educators and district personnel for K12 and Higher Education institutions.
  • Gather customer requirements and develop customized professional development offerings focused on learning outcomes to improve student engagement and teacher effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain a focused execution to manage a regional territory.
  • Be an advocate for our client and raise awareness with all education accounts with hardware, software, services and professional development.
  • Experience Required :

  • Education Requirement : BA or BS in educational field
  • Live in the near a large metro area with access to a major airport and travel will be 80%.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a classroom and teaching certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of education pedagogy and technology requirements with demonstrated success of delivering high quality professional development.
  • Embrace technology and experience with training and lesson development.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with the existing sales team.
  • Creative individual with high energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
  • MUST have the ability to travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 80% of the time). Overnight travel may be required.
  • MUST have the ability to move and transport equipment (under 75lbs) may be required.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills required.
