Warranty Administrator - 14604
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid, Monday – Thursday in office, Friday WFH
Length of Contract: 12 Months

Summary:
The main function of the warranty admin is to ensure our Service Partners are paid on time and accurately and take care of all internal and external escalations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
- Perform warranty closing (once a month) ensuring payment goes out to our Service Partners
- Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before closing
- Responsible to manage all master data related registration/changes in our system
- Responsible to manage all Q&A’s from our Service Partners
- Handle all internal/external escalations from Service Partners and Field Ops
- Create W_VOC to escalate error cases to HQ
- Assist in preparing materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of warranty team
- Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.
Background/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year work experience (accounting background a plus)
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Bi-lingual preferred (English/Korean)
