Dispatcher

• Respond, record and resolve customer feedback via multiple channels
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to help meet customer needs

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Dispatch Operations experience within the transportation industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations and listen to feedback.
• A customer service-oriented mentality with attention to detail
• Must have had a valid license for a minimum of three years, and the ability to obtain a class B with passenger permit. We offer paid training.

• Availability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Majority of the work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities, and in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
• Long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
