* Hiring, developing, and disciplining drivers and staff
* Focusing on safety, accidents, and customer complaint resolution
Qualifications include:
* 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
* Experience supervising schedulers, dispatchers, reservations, and drivers
* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
