We are seeking a highly skilled Road Supervisor to join our team at our Hillburn location in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing drivers' scheduling and route staffing, evaluating and monitoring driver safety and performance, and conducting on-the-scene accident investigations.
Responsibilities
- Manage drivers' schedules and routes to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Evaluate and monitor driver safety and performance to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations and prepare accident reports
- Liaise with drivers and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist the Safety Manager with compliance and recordkeeping
