At STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, we are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in New York. As a key member of our operations division, you will be responsible for providing high-level management to field leaders and crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Project Managers and other leaders to achieve project goals
- Participating in pre-project and pre-task planning activities
- Motivating team members to work together effectively
- Ensuring safe and productive operation of tools and equipment
- Providing training and assistance to crews as needed
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in general construction, including 5 years in a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent role
- Prior experience in repair type projects, including concrete repair, structural strengthening, and waterproofing
