Position Overview
Transend is looking for committed, sharp and determined individuals to help us carry out our mission of bringing tailored supply chain solutions to our clients throughout North America that will help increase their competitive advantage in their own industry. As a Customer Salesperson, you will foster client relationships and manage supply chains to meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business while working with Transend's long-tenured sales team that will assist with the propose to close process.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America
- Oversee the transition of closed accounts to the Transend account management team
- Maintain daily communication with the customer base to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
