As a Customer Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, managing supply chains, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America
- Tailor supply chain solutions that meet clients’ needs
- Oversee transition to the Transend account management team
- Maintain daily communication with the customer base to foster company growth and build lasting relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- This position is inside and outside sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in 3PL Logistics customer sales preferred
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of 3PL Logistics Software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong Interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners and key influencers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management
