Customer Service Representative (Part-time)

The customer service representative is responsible for communicating the Transform HQ vision and creating success through a problem-solution attitude with every customer. They support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of customer support and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Job Duties

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Answers incoming customer emails, chats, and phone calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
• Answers questions on social media (private and public pages and ads)
• Report to team leads about current issues
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
