Our client, Growing Green in St. Louis, is looking to bring on a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join their growing team!
As a Sales Assistant at Growing Green, you'll be at the forefront of our success, fueling our growth with your analytical skills. Responsibilities:
- Utilize BOSS system to create a variety of construction work orders and contracts with high accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and oversee sales workflow to guarantee timely task completion.
- Act as the primary administrator for sending through installation construction work orders, ensuring all required images, notes, contracts, and contacts are attached.
- Generate BOSS data reports using Excel.
- Utilize Photoshop and/or Canva to create imaging for projects
- Provide general support to the sales team.
- Participate in the setup and take down of Growing Green events as needed.
Requirements:
- Past proficiency or willingness to learn business / data management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn in Photoshop or Canva
- Microsoft Office Suite specifically in Excel.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment & Benefits:
The Sales Assistant will work closely with the entire Sales Team to support sales operations and contribute to the company's overall success. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of sales data. This is an onsite position based in the vibrant city of St. Louis, MO your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some after-hour events being required.
