Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team! You are the voice for our Vacation Rentals, leaving both a first and last impression on all our guests. As a Guest Service Representative, you will take calls, assist customers booking one of our Vacation Rentals, checking in and out, handling any guest issues and a variety of other guest interactions.

You will be working in shifts for this position.

SHIFTS :

  • Sunday : 8 AM - 6 PM
  • Monday - Wednesday : 3 PM to 8 PM
  • Occasional other times upon request

    • The ideal candidate takes pride providing excellent customer service and can quickly build rapport with guests. If you are a people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to meet you!

    Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones with a smile
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately, escalating to management when necessary
  • Assist guests with the booking process
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and build rapport
  • Maintain accurate records of booking, ID verification and payment information
  • Evenings and weekends required

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service / call center experience required
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations
  • Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees
