LOCATION : Various properties managed by Utah's Best Vacation Rentals
FLSA CLASSIFICATION : Non-Exempt (Hourly)
REPORTING : General Manager reports directly to the Area Manager

SUMMARY :
As a Housekeeper at Utah's Best Vacation Rentals, your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our properties, ensuring that they always meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You are crucial to providing a memorable experience for our guests by creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean guest accommodations to the standard cleanliness within set time limits.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; dust surfaces, sanitize counters, and polish fixtures.
- Change bed linens, wash and iron as needed.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
- Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly; report any damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and products are handled and stored correctly.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
- Work with a team or individually to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Continuously update knowledge on cleaning chemicals, best practices, and industry standards.
- Report lost and found items to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
WORKING CONDITIONS
Position demands physical stamina; the ability to bend, lift, move, and carry up to 30 pounds. Will often work in varying conditions including exposure to cleaning chemicals. Natural job-related stressors may be expected. Regular and predictable attendance is mandatory. Must report to work without any impairments and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
