The Organization:
Transformation Church (TC) is rapidly growing. We recently broke the 1500 in-person attendance mark in our three Sunday services! We are also launching our first campus/location as a multisite church at the beginning of 2026 with a vision for several more locations around our city! TC is known for the great care we take with those we serve and employees alike.

The Position:
We’re looking for a worship director to lead our worship department at the central-staff level, overseeing teams at the broadcast location, as well as campuses. The position is full-time. The pay for the position will be commensurate with experience and be competitive.

Requirements:
- Be a self-starter with an excellent work ethic.Be frugal with time and money. Have a passion and calling to impact people with the love of Jesus. Have musical and vocal talent as well as a worship anointing. Ability to manage all aspects of the department. Ministry related experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must align with the TC’s Statement of Faith (can be found on website), follow Christ personally and passionately, and demonstrate a love for God and people, and have the attitude of a servant.
- Will be managing the worship ministry department. The ability to lift 25 pounds and extended periods of time standing and/or walking can be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to speak effectively before groups, volunteers, or church members.
- Have knowledge of (or ability to learn) internet, church management, task/project management, and communication software.
- Ability to think and act independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Transformation Church is based in Pensacola, Florida. Located in Florida’s panhandle, Pensacola is surrounded by 50-plus miles of coastline which includes the emerald-green Gulf of Mexico waters and crystal clear bay areas.
