Responsibilities

- Develop and implement employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Manage talent management initiatives to enhance employee performance and career development.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for maintaining employee records and data analysis.
- Design and facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle change management processes to support organizational transitions effectively.
- Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
- Familiarity with talent management best practices.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
- Experience in training development and facilitation
- Strong change management skills with the ability to guide teams through transitions.
- Understanding of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
- Excellent data analysis skills with attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in HR Management, Business, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Experience:
- 5 years in HR, including supervisory or strategic experience.
Certifications
- PHR or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
